Later I moved to Towns County and continued working with Georgia Department of Human Resources. My entire working career was service oriented through which I met and learned to love many people. An appointment to the Towns County Hospital Authority gave me great experience in dealing with problems in the health provider arena. I served on the board for seven years and was Chairperson for a number of years. Also, was instrumental in starting the Hospital Auxiliary of which I served as President.
